USDV Capital Holdings ("USDV," "we," "us") operates Real Estate CFO, a portfolio intelligence and capital advisory platform at realestatecfo.ai. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from you when you use our platform, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using Real Estate CFO, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Information we collect

You give us

• Contact and account data: name, email, phone, company, role.
• Portfolio and property data: addresses, ownership entity, valuations, rents, opex, debt details you enter or upload.
• Documents you upload: rent rolls, T12 operating statements, tax returns, bank statements, insurance certificates, entity formation documents, and similar files.
• Capital application data: information needed to scan the market for capital, including credit-relevant details you choose to share.

You connect to us

• Bank account data via Plaid: if you connect a bank account, Plaid provides us with account balances, transactions, and account metadata. Plaid's own privacy policy governs their handling of your bank credentials.

We collect automatically

• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, approximate location (from IP), browser, device.
• Cookies and similar: we use first-party cookies to keep you signed in and to measure platform performance. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

2. How we use information

• Provide the platform and the advisory services you request.
• Generate portfolio analytics, recommendations, and capital options.
• Facilitate capital applications you initiate, including sharing your file with lenders you select.
• Communicate with you about your account, recommendations, and product updates.
• Improve and secure the platform.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Who we share information with

We do not sell your information. We share it only as described below:

• Service providers (subprocessors) who help us run the platform — including Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and auth), Resend (transactional email), Plaid (bank data), and AI providers (document understanding). These providers process information on our behalf under written agreements.
• Lenders and capital partners only when you explicitly initiate a capital application or expressly authorize us to share your file.
• Legal and safety — to comply with subpoenas, court orders, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

4. Your choices and rights

• Access and correction. You can review and update most of your account data inside the platform.
• Deletion. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us. We may retain limited records as required by law or to resolve disputes.
• Plaid disconnection. You can disconnect any linked bank account at any time. We will stop receiving new data, though we may retain prior data subject to this policy.
• Marketing. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. Account and service emails are not optional while you have an active account.

If you live in California, the EU/UK, or another jurisdiction with specific privacy laws, you may have additional rights (such as portability or to object to certain processing). Contact us at advisors@usdvcapital.com and we will respond.

5. Data retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the platform. After account closure we retain limited records (e.g., transaction history, audit logs) for periods required by law.

6. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information — including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No system is 100% secure; we will notify you of any breach affecting your information as required by law.

7. Children

Real Estate CFO is intended for adults using the platform for business purposes. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
